ED KRICK
Our Lighthouse Keeper (and President)
Ed is an Allentown native who served during Vietnam in the US Army and graduated from the University of Hawaii. Mr. Krick started his corporate career with General Acceptance Corporation which was later acquired by Bank of America. He retired in 1996 with 30 years of service and in 1997, he started Lighthouse Abstract Ltd. He has been sitting at the helm ever since.
TAMMIE CARUSO
Our Lighthouse Anchor
Tammie is our Licensed Title Agent, formerly the title assistant at Lighthouse Abstract for over 8 years. Previously, she worked for an attorney for 20 years and started her real estate title insurance career with T.A. Title Insurance in 1986. Tammie is our go to steward and is with you every step of the way as you achieve your Dream.
ANITA KRICK
Our Lighthouse Guide (and Mapmaker!)
Anita is a dynamic executive with proven consultative skills. With over 22 years of corporate service,she created an organization’s winning strategy for customer service and personally trained well over 1,000 employees across the Americas. In addition to her degree from West Chester University, Ms. Krick is a graduate of the Chrysler Quality Institute in Highland, MI, and the Graduate School of Sales Management and Marketing of Sales and Marketing Executives International through Syracuse University. Anita loves making sure Lighthouse Abstract continues to delight our customers (and she lets us know this all the time!).
