Steeped in a long history in the small, village of Kuhnsville in Upper Macungie Township, part of Lehigh County, Lighthouse Abstract sits within the broader Lehigh Valley metropolitan area, which has deep industrial roots and a rich cultural history. So does Lighthouse Abstract, which has been making dreams come true since 1996 for all who long to own their own property.
The building itself is also steeped in a rich history. Over 100 years old, it was the birthplace of many offspring of the Kuhns family, and it is likely that Kuhnsville was named after a prominent branch of the Kuhns family. Once surrounded by farmland, the house that Lighthouse Abstract Ltd “lives in” continues to be a safe place, with an experienced, friendly staff, who understands how important it is to have a stress-free transaction.
